3-4 sets:
- 12 ROMANIAN DEAD LIFTS w/cable machine, cable set half way up, single leg on raised weights, lean forward, weight on toes; each side
- 12-15 SUMO SQUATS w/band over knees holding dumbbell in chalice grip, push knees out, toes out, lean slightly forward
- 20 FROG PUMPS w/band over knees and dumbbell on hips, pushing heels together and knees out; squeeze glutes at the top
