3-4 sets:
- 20 ABDUCTIONS push out with the knees and pause
- 15 KICKBACKS w/band; each side
- 10-12 SUMO SQATS w/band and dumbbell, chalice grip, push knees out, squeeze at the top
- 8-10 LATERAL LUNGES w/dumbbell, chalice grip; each side

- Abduction machine
- Band
- Dumbbell
