3-4 sets:
- 15 SLIDING HIP THRUSTS w/sliders and dumbbell on hip, slow negative, squeeze while you push out
- 8-19 DEADLIFTS w/dumbbells, squeeze at the tope
- 12-15 KICKBACKS w/band above knee, controlled

- Low steps
