  • 7-8 ROMANIAN DEADLIFT INTO BACK LUNGE CATCH w/dumbbells; each side
  • 30 sec ISOMETRIC GLUTE SQUEEZE
  • 120 HAMSTRING MARCHES core engaged, on sliders; alternating

Equipment needed:

  • Set of dumbbells
  • Sliders
